Mark Costello

Mr. Costello is a partner and is chair of the firm’s entertainment law practice group.  Since 1987 Mark has represented scores of performers, musicians, composers, filmmakers, managers and many others in the entertainment industry.  In 2001 Mark served as a writer and Producer of a feature film, the romantic comedy “Checkout”, currently being sold and distributed throughout the world.  Mark continues to work with emerging filmmakers, providing counseling on all aspects of film production and financing.  In 1999, Mark, along with several members of the firm, served as counsel to the municipalities on Woodstock ’99.  Mark is a member of the Executive Committee of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and is a 1979 magna cum laude graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law
